You may use the US Postal Service, Fed Ex or UPS to ship your firearm (if repair work is determined to be covered under warranty only return shipping is at no charge).

Please print and complete this Service Repair Form making sure to complete the following information:
MAKE SURE YOUR FIREARM IS ADEQUATELY PACKAGED AND INSURED AS HATFIELD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE. HATFIELD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST AFTER MARKET ACCESSORIES.
Your contact information including your Email Address for your UPS tracking number to be sent to.
(The shipping label may be filtered to your spam folder, so keep an eye out for the one that says “UPS Quantum Return” in the from line, and make sure there are bar
coded and a QR code clearly visible when said label is printed. Now, if you got the message without the bar/QR codes, you definitely got the other so check your spam/junk mail folder as it will be there.)
Your Credit Card Number and Expiration Date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We will contact you to confirm any charges before using your credit card.
Your Firearm information including Serial Number and Rounds Fired.
Shipping labels are good for 30 days, so make sure that you get it shipped promptly, as there may be a charge associated with resending it.
The 1 year manufacturer’s warranty covers shipping both ways on top of parts and labor, for which the label will be emailed at 5pm central time to the email address provided in the form.
