     All of us here at Hatfield Gun Company pride ourselves as having the best customer service in the American firearms industry. The reason for this is that when you call us with a problem the technician answering the phone is a gunsmith that knows our guns inside and out. Quite often problems are fixed, simply by walking with you through the problem on the phone. Consequently it’s always best to call and talk to one of the Hatfield gunsmiths before going through the time and expense of send the gun in for repair.

     However, if you do need to send your Hatfield shotgun in for repair a gunsmith will call you after the gun is received, the problem is identified and the cost (if the gun is out of warranty) of the repair calculated. Once approved, repairs start immediately and are usually completed within a few business days. Normal return shipping is by UPS Ground with the shipping information and tracking numbers sent to you by e-mail.
